I would need to buy new laptop and they could transfer my information to new laptop for me. I took my laptop and left after being charged 69.00 for nothing. Well it was NOT the motherboard, charger or battery!!! The laptop is working just fine now and I've had no other issues with it. Had an IT friend who works out on base look at the laptop... thanks to her I have a beautifully working laptop!!! Will never use the quick stop place again!!!
